– 10 oz chocolate
– 1 balloon
– 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
– 1 Brownie
– Handful of blueberries and raspberries
– Chopped walnuts
– 2 oz caramel sauce
Thoroughly wash and dry the balloon. Fill it up with air.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl and dip the balloon to coat.
Stand the chocolate-covered balloon in a cup to let it harden in refrigerator.
Pop the balloon to release the air and carefully peel off from the chocolate.
Place brownie, vanilla ice cream, and berries on a plate, sprinkle some nuts. Cover with the chocolate dome.
Melt caramel sauce. Just before serving, pour over the chocolate dome.
